— The Most Important Element in Housing Services —
Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with representatives from two nursing care facilities while searching for a place for my mother.
At one facility, the representative first took the time to carefully listen to my concerns.
They sincerely tried to understand the issues that worried me about my mother’s care.
At the other facility, the representative mainly continued presenting the features of their facility, without showing much interest in the concerns I had expressed.
In the end, I chose the facility that took the time to listen to my concerns.
The reason was simple.
I felt a sense of trust and comfort with someone who genuinely tried to understand my situation.
The Same Is True in Housing Services
When searching for a home, many people focus on conditions such as:
-
Rent
-
Layout
-
The building itself
-
Location
Of course, these factors are important.
However, in reality, something even more important exists.
It is understanding:
What kind of life a person hopes to live, and what worries or difficulties they may have.
The Philosophy of Dios
At Dios, we believe that listening to our clients comes before introducing properties.
For example, we try to understand:
-
Why they are relocating
-
What kind of life they hope to build in Japan
-
What concerns they may have
Understanding these aspects is the most important step in providing the right housing solution.
A home is not simply a building.
A home is
the foundation of everyday life.
Empathy
At Dios, we value two principles:
Respect and Empathy.
We strive to understand our clients’ situations and think from their perspective.
Only by doing so can we truly propose housing that suits their needs.
The Work of Dios
The role of Dios is not simply to hand over the keys to an apartment.
Our work is to support our clients’ lives through services such as:
-
Furnished housing
-
Cleaning services
-
Lifestyle support
For us, the most important starting point is always the same:
to sincerely listen to our clients.
